Settings – Summaries

Configure periodic email summaries for urgent renewals, received renewal instructions, overdue renewal reminders, and overdue renewals. The number of days used for "urgent renewals" is set in Preferences → Notification Periods.

Email summaries: Send summary emails toggle, Frequency, Send summaries to, Overdue reminder threshold

  • Send summary emails – Toggle to enable or disable. When enabled, a summary email is sent on the selected schedule.
  • Frequency – Weekly (Monday morning, organisation timezone) or Monthly (first day of the month, organisation timezone).
  • Send summaries to – Email address for the digest. If blank, no summary emails are sent.
  • Overdue reminder threshold (days) – Include reminders that are overdue by more than this many days. Default: 7.

Click Save to apply changes.
