Configure your firm's details.

Organisation settings: name, date format, timezone, logo

  • Organisation name – Shown on reminder action pages when no logo is set. Required.
  • Default date format – How dates are displayed (e.g. 2025-01-30 ISO, 30/01/2025 UK, 01/30/2025 US, 30 Jan 2025).
  • Timezone – Used for sending reminders only during work hours (weekdays from 9am in your organisation timezone).
  • Logo – Upload an image (recommended 200–400px wide, PNG or JPG, max 2 MB). Shown on reminder action pages (pay/renew, do not renew).

Click Save to apply changes.
