The overview is your daily starting point. It shows what needs attention right now — overdue renewals, upcoming deadlines, pending reminders, and client instructions waiting to be processed.
The top of the overview shows four status cards:
Click any card to jump directly to the relevant filtered view.
Below the status cards, the dashboard shows the top 10 matters that need attention — typically the most overdue or most imminent renewals. This gives you a quick sense of priority without needing to open the full renewals table.
The dashboard also shows the five most recent client instructions received. Each entry shows the matter name, the instruction type (renew or abandon), and when it was submitted. Click through to process them from the Instructions page.
If auto-send is enabled, a status indicator shows whether reminders are being sent automatically. If auto-send is blocked (for example, because no payment card is on file), the dashboard explains why and links to the relevant settings page.
Auto-send requirements
Auto-send requires a valid payment card on file under Settings → Billing. If your card expires or is declined, auto-send pauses until the card is updated.
